Resolutions that weren't even made...

I'm already focused on my No. 1 resolution (to write more fiction), but as for resolutions I didn't clearly make - I'm getting more disciplined about reading again. Read "No Country for Old Men," almost done with "Into the Wild." Of course, seeing the movies was a driving force. I'm still chipping away at "Gravity's Rainbow." And I've been adding to my exercise routine - it's not just push-ups anymore. I can't wait for spring to get here. I'm ready to run again.

In really disturbing news, my news group is laying people off like crazy. Under normal circumstances, someone in my position would be the last on my desk to lose his job, but some of my co-workers know that I intend to have other plans come next year, which could fuck things up. Please, pray for me.

And yes, I've been posting a lot, but that's because I've been checking often. I hope it's not too annoying...

I like that you're writing more fiction- "Confessions" definitely plays the heavy-hitter in your series, from the average-joe-consumer standpoint (listen to how 'marketing' I am). I hope your next release is a collection of short stories, if not another full-featured novel! Isn't part two coming along?

Yeah, this one is going to be short stories. I'm aiming for a release right before my 26th birthday. And then, if I get into grad school, I'll start writing my masterpiece, a novel I'm keeping as a secret for now because it'll be literary dynamite...

As for "Confessions," I'll revisit it at a later date.

LOL literary dynamite is a hilarious oxymoron. Kind of like Rob dating girls. He doesn't read this anyway so he'll never know. But he's gay. 100%

haha! I'd say 200%.
