Five signs that I'm old

1) I tweaked my neck for the second time in as many weeks and it is taking a long time to fix itself.
2) I have an IRA.
3) People call me "Mr."
4) I complain about "kids these days"/see no. 3
5) About half of my socks are not white.

How do you know you're getting old?

1. I look at kids, including college kids, and think to myself "if they only knew..."

2. I find myself reminiscing and being nostalgic... a lot.

3. The idea of being an "adult" no longer mystifies me. I know in truth it's like being a college kid, only a lot less exciting with more responsibilities (that's not a fair tradeoff).

4. I finally know what "layoffs" and "buyouts" are firsthand.

5. I'm not trying to impress anyone.
