We lost.

As far as I'm concerned, we only played a little more than half a season. We didn't even deserve to get into the tournament. I would've preferred no Sampson ever, even if that meant no phone call, no Eric Gordon, no convincing D.J. White to stay, and no winning season. Now we're just all jacked up. The whole program. Bullshit. Let it be a lesson: Run a clean program; hire professionals with strong ethics. In other words, I would've preferred only a few wins the whole season by the Hoosiers if it would mean we'd still have a spotless clean program. I'm so pissed right now.

I'm really hoping it means that Eric Gordon will stay. Even though the whole season everyone has been saying he's going to leave for the NBA cause he's good enough, I'm really hoping he decides to stay and do better next year. I feel like he has room to grow still, and hopefully his poor showing the last few games will convince him of that.

I totally agree! Although, today at work, I said, "Gordon should stick around. He's still got a lot to learn." And then my co-worker said, "Yeah, but he's also got a lot to earn." So, there it is... build skill or make cash: tough decision.
