If they were to remake some of the villains they did earlier, I think they could definitely do a better Two Face and Mr. Freeze. I'd also like to see Clayface, Bane (or was he in one of the crap ones?), the Mad Hatter (if he's not a panzy), and maybe Killer Croc could play a small role in there.
Going for realistic and dark? Hmm, I might say people like Croc might be a bit too outlandish.
I'd love a Nolan interpretation of Catwoman. Harley Quinn is my second favorite batman leading lady, but she needs the Joker to work.
Ventrillo would be a great foil, but might feel like "more of the same" with Joker-style-gangster-genius-crazytimez.
Mr. Freeze would be a great tragic figure to tackle, if they could bring his story in line with the more realistic layout of Nolan's batman stories. Maybe a kind of terrible cancer that is only active above certain temperatures or something...
