The youtube video attached to this post is completely real, and in no way a farce, falsity, facade, or any other "fa" word, other than maybe "fact".

This one is also completely true.

... but in all seriousness, apparently these were, and yes this is partly how I know about this, JR East (Japan Railway) commercials to promote travel via rail to northern japan for ski trips.
I know it makes ME want to go skiing.

I'm in tears laughing while watching this at work during lunch.
Why did they even try to shoot this?

The last two videos you posted aren't available anymore. Any other ways we can see them?
Yeah, and I hope you're being sarcastic about that first video.
Ostriches are awesome. They should be the Smith Ground mascot.
I agree with this assertation.
@ Andrew: Which two videos are you talking about? All of the videos (including ones from past posts) I've tried clicking on just now worked...
They worked for me too.
Don't know what to tell you then. Sometimes my computer just doesn't play some youtube videos cause it won't load them and I guess it's also just having them say "This video no longer exists" for some others. Whatever. I'm getting a new computer this summer anyway.
What kind?
NO IDEA. There are waaaay too many things I'd have to decide, such as:
How do I get rid of my old computer?
Do I bother keeping parts to add to my next one?
Do I get a Mac or PC?
Do I get a desktop or laptop?
If I get a PC do I use Vista?
If I get a PC do I build my own with help from friends?
These are all significant questions that I have no idea how to answer. I want to be able to play computer games, but I also like how fashionable and simple Macs are. I like the practicality of laptops, but desktops enable you to do more, like games. Most of that comes down to whether or not I'd even have the time for games. Who knows? Any advice anyone can give would be helpful.
My only advice: Don't get Vista. I got it for my mom and, despite its fun interface, it is both slow and annoying.
