I don't understand how people can do stuff like this. I'm mentally incapable of walking out onto a 6 story lighthouse's cupola/deck/thingie. This guy... this...
Well. Just watch it. Go for it. I'll be here when you get back.
...
Done?
What the hell, man? What were people even thinking when that was built? "Sure, an inch of concrete suspended over 10000 feet of nothing should be MORE than enough. That'll never crack or break away leaving giant holes in the ground opening out over NOTHING, forcing people to walk across rusty support poles that will probably give out at any second."
Madness.
Who wants to go sky diving?

Alternately, I think THIS might be the coolest thing I've ever seen/heard:

Holy. Jeebus.
I think it's funny that the person on the trail makes a point to show feet hovering above certain holes, as if saying, "Yeah, that's right - I'm doing this."
As for the Mario clip, that's a masterpiece!
I think it's interesting that he spent more time pondering getting over holes in the concrete than on the poles where nothing existed anymore. What was this built for? And by who? It looked like it MIGHT have been for some sort of mining, but I can't imagine anyone would build it for fun. I want to know how many people died building that and why all the handlebars you can tell used to exist have disappeared.
